Full time, exempt position is responsible for the overall facility management and maintenance of the St John Neumann Parish Center and rectory and any future buildings erected on the Parish Campus. Duties include the oversight of the maintenance of the Parish buildings and grounds including water, gas, electrical, HVAC, exterior and interior structural systems including security. Evaluates, recommends and oversees outside vendors and suppliers. Responsible for supervising the maintenance staff.
Qualified candidate must be able to lead and teach by example with all custodial tasks.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check, and be reliable in attendance, quality, and quantity of work.
